The staff was exceptionally friendly, contributing positively to the welcoming atmosphere. Located just a short stroll from the Target Center and Orpheum, the hotel is perfectly situated for events. However, the lack of a pool was disappointing, but the cleanliness of the space made up for it. The breakfast featuring homemade bread was a delightful start to the day.

We had a fantastic time at this central hotel, just a short walk from popular shops and family-friendly restaurants. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a cozy feel that made it welcoming for our four young children.
My kids wished for a more engaging pool area to splash around and enjoy some fun activities.

Great location but cleaning issues
The location is super convenient, right near everything, which was awesome for me. The bar had some really tasty snacks, and the staff were friendly. But it kinda sucked that they only cleaned my room once during my stay, and I had to ask for it a bunch of times. I get that it's a long stay thing, but still.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall with a clean and modern room and a great downtown location. However, customer service left a lot to be desired, with some staff being unhelpful and inconsistent, particularly regarding parking and kitchen availability.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08modern designlively barlocal dininglack of insulation
The design features contemporary finishes that add a definite modern vibe to the place. The on-site bar provides a lively atmosphere, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The proximity to local dining options makes grabbing a bite convenient.
The air freshener in the lobby hit hard and made my head spin, to be honest. Creaky vinyl floors echoed like they were tuned in B-flat, particularly when the heels came stomping down from above. Poor insulation meant I heard every thud and clunk, which was a bit of a nuisance. The parking lot felt sketchy at night with inadequate lighting—definitely made me keep my eyes peeled when heading back after dark. On top of that, the back entrance was a hassle since the front doors were broken the entire stay, leaving us with no seating area out back.

Couple's stay with some issues
The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and I had a nice chat with the bartender. He really seemed to care. The room was beautiful, just what I needed to unwind after a long day.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what I paid, I expected better service overall.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the spacious room and the bar's lively atmosphere. The food was tasty, but the inconsistent cleaning schedule was disappointing. Tip, Visit the bar upstairs for a great cocktail selection, especially if you're unwinding after a long day. Overall, a safe choice for short stays.

The customer service here was top-notch, especially when Cam helped me with a reservation issue and Rolando greeted my boyfriend like an old friend! I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying a drink at the bar. The only hiccup was figuring out the entrance, but overall, we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back! 👍
